This is a 4 week course we offer to brand new students that haven’t trained before and begins at the start of every month. It will introduce you to the concept and movement based teaching method our academy is known for around the world. You will learn to control your own body first, then your opponent’s body, through the most fundamental movements in BJJ. These will involve basic elements of Guard Retention, Guard Passing, and Positional Escapes. Additionally we will cover safety, such as how to recognize submissions and when to tap, training approach, learning strategies, and answer any questions you have about the process of learning this amazing martial art.
